The source must deliver seamlessly  In the technological communications the “ the last mile connectivity” is considered the holy grail. The source must deliver to the user seamlessly. This is an inflexible concept practised by every source  Every ordinary leadership also tries to communicate to the last audience  Mostly we are trained to set our eyes & minds for the most represented communications. This is quite normal & logical  The Reverse Concept  But what most forgets is the reverse of it. The leadership must also allow the last man to speak up. It ought to hear the last voice in the communication process. It should necessarily hear the feeblest voiced ideas, concepts, grievances & feedbacks  On the other hand the visionaries go beyond the obvious. They look for things that others skip. The unfettered leadership?  The concept of leadership within an organisation is not unfettered with limitless possibilities. It is constrained & disciplined by the vision, mission & the ideology of the organisation.  The leadership cannot independently create its own vision ecosystem. Even if some innovators attempt at it this generally remains within the broader framework of the organizational core tolerance limits.  Let us take the example of commercial entities. Time is Everything  The importance of time no one can refute. "Time Management" is an academic discourse in all the leading management books.  Perhaps this is the only asset that depreciates continuosly without any change. The Moon & the Water  Some news does catch your eyes. Just yesterday it was announced by the scientific community that they have discovered water molecules on the moon  Though it is a great piece of discovery but not very surprising after all. This fact was waiting to be discovered for we have been trying to find traces of water on the moon for decades. It was just a matter of when  Light is Civilization  Water is actually the synonym of life for humanity. Where there is water there is life & there evolves civilization.  But to me the most surprising aspect of the discovery was something else. The 4.5 Billion Year Old Stranger  The journey of 200 million miles. The journey to meet a stranger whose age is 4.5 billion years old.
